Kimi Hi all, thought I'd check in to see how everyone is going, well like a lot of people I had a bug over the hols so didnt really feel like eating or drinking I had a few shakes left over from my plan and took one a day and lost a further 5lb so 3stone 5lb off, I feel great and I wouldnt be here today if it wasnt for New You, good luck to all, it's worth it in the end xo

alijjoy ok so second time lucky, i tried doing this about 7 months ago and i failed , it was my own fault i didnt have the willpower. i think i got to dy 4 and stopped , if only i had stayed on it maybe i wouldnt be in situation im in now, since then i have managed to put on another stone. what i am doing !!!!!? so i am planning on starting again. im going ordering more products tonight , i have some left from last time so will use them till i get it. im not a fan of the shakes so i,m hoping that i like the porridge and other products. my birthday is in march so that is my target , i need to look fab. but readin all your stories is diff helping :)
